• Group yoga classes (Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative)

4. User Obligations and Conduct

4.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least 16 years old to use our services independently. Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent.

4.2 Health and Safety

• You must disclose any health conditions, injuries, or medical concerns that may affect your participation
• You participate in yoga classes at your own risk and within your physical limitations
• You must follow instructor guidance and studio safety rules
• Inform instructors of any discomfort or pain during practice

4.3 Studio Conduct

• Maintain a respectful and peaceful environment
• Arrive on time for scheduled classes
• Turn off mobile devices during classes
• Respect other students and instructors
• Follow hygiene standards and dress code
• No photography or recording without explicit permission

5. Booking and Payment Terms

5.1 Booking Policy

• Class bookings can be made by phone or email
• Advance booking is recommended as classes may fill up
• We reserve the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances

5.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is due at time of booking or before class attendance
• We accept cash, bank transfers, and major credit cards
• Class packages must be used within their validity period
• All prices include applicable VAT

5.3 Cancellation Policy

• Individual classes: 2 hours advance notice required
• Late cancellations or no-shows result in loss of class credit
• Class packages: Non-refundable after purchase
• Monthly memberships: 30 days written notice for cancellation

• Single class refunds available up to 24 hours before class time
• Class packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person
• Refunds for medical reasons considered on case-by-case basis with medical documentation
• Company-cancelled classes receive full refund or class credit
• Processing time for approved refunds: 5-10 business days

All content on our website and in our classes, including but not limited to:

• Text, graphics, logos, images, and software
• Yoga sequences and instructional content
• Audio and video materials
• Trademarks and service marks

Are the property of dayofrkvfv B.V. or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• dayofrkvfv B.V. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim
• We are not responsible for injuries resulting from your participation in yoga classes
• You participate in all activities at your own risk

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless dayofrkvfv B.V., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
